Happy Tailor writes… My name is Happy Tailor and I have completed my B.com from commerce college Mohanlal Sukhadiya university. I am currently in the second year of my masters in social work from Udaipur school of social work . I have previously worked with tribal students in Railmagra block of Rajsamand district. I was engaged in teaching students and was also responsible for mobilizing children to attend the classes regularly. I achieved this by introducing different games and activities to make learning fun for these children.

I believe that Hunar Ghar is doing  great work in tribal areas of Udaipur district and is very focused on bringing quality education and health for the local community. I come from a background where I have seen students struggling to get education in my local community. Through my learning and my experience at Hunar ghar during my field work, I wish to initiate some action projects in the field of education in my local community because every child deserves and has a right to get the quality education.

As a part of my masters degree,I will be interning for one year with Hunar Ghar. I look forward to work for both Education and Health initiatives at Hunar Ghar.

Pushpendra Bhati writes…I have completed my bachelor in arts from Pariskar College of excellence, Jaipur. I am currently pursuing my maters in social work from Udaipur school of social work. . I want to specialize in the field of Development Management in future and do something good for the community in the field of education, especially for those with limited opportunities.

I am very happy and proud to say that I have associated with Hunar Ghar as a part of my field work. I will be working in the Education area of the school where I will be working with teachers to help them with data management, helping them in developing their lesson plans, planning and designing some creative classroom activities, working with other other volunteers at the school to strengthen Bal Sansad with guidance of Rural Changemaker.

I am hopeful that with my existing strength and skills, I would be able contribute for the development of Hunar Ghar school. I believe that the time at Hunar Ghar is going to be a wonderful learning for me and an experience which will help me to grow in a personally and professionally.

Sanjay Regar writes…I am Sanjay Regar  from Udaipur and I am currently a first year student at Rajasthan Vidyapeeth university. I previously worked for the Village Institution Program  at Seva Mandir. This gave me an exposure on Non- Formal Education centers in rural areas and Balwadis – their structure, role and and key functions.

I connect to the challenges and problems which India is facing to provide a quality education and health to its citizens, especially when it comes to reaching out to marginalized communities. Working at Hunar Ghar during my field work is an opportunity and a platform to work towards meeting those challenges and finding solutions. I will be focusing to support health team at Hunar Ghar and will work to conduct annual health screening, eye and dental camp, provide data management and community engagement.

I believe Hunar Ghar is the right  opportunity to start with, explore and discover myself . I am really excited to work with the whole team and looking forward for a great  experience in rural Udaipur doing something positive and sustainable for the local community.

Sudhansh Madhwani writes…I am Sudhansh Madhwani and I am currently pursuing Masters in Social Work from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. I have completed B.Com from MB College of Mohan Lal Sukhadiya University in Udaipur.

I have always been passionate and dedicated to do something for children from rural area with limited opportunities and resources. With Hunar Ghar, I will be engaged working in different areas of education and health. I am particularly interested in the field of health where I will be actively participating and undertake different activities under the health department of the school.

I am an introvert and after 1 year of my field work, I would like to see myself  with the people, socializing with them and able to adapt myself to different cultures and perspectives. My dream is to become a professional social worker and I am glad to have Hunar Ghar as an opportunity to start and grow professionally.
