Sustainability matters to us. We want our schools to be economically, socially and environmentally sustainable whilst still offering a great education that others can replicate.
That’s why we:
- keep costs down (Hunar Ghar was built for just £5000!)
- build using eco-friendly local materials and methods
- use innovative methods to make schooling a more integrated and community-sensitive part of life.
- share everything we do online for others to learn from
It’s early days and we’ve still got a long way to go, but we believe this sustainable approach is the best way to long-term meaningful change for those we work with.
