I just realised this morning that I haven’t put on the blog what a brilliant thing of looking after Hunar Ghar Deepak is doing. It is really hard work looking after Hunar Ghar on your own as Ash and I can both testify but Deepak is somehow managing to look after all the children, the daily running of things, the building of two new classrooms, the hiring of new staff, the accounts, the roles of all the staff as well as training the teachers, organising external teacher training and coming up with ideas for the teachers and curriculum development all on his own at the moment. That’s not to mention his constant self-refection to see what he is doing and how he is doing it and then figuring out how to do things better. It really is remarkable. We are very lucky to have Deepak as a brother, friend and committed member of Hunar Ghar. Well done, Deepak!
