Children confidence is going very good way. I see every day children confidence is grow thing. Day and day child see very happy. All time children smile. Many time children ask many questions. Such Hunar ghar going very good way if childern will live happy then children will make good person.
Knowledge
Knowledge means keep experiences of real and done work. Before I was think today is very hot day oh if rain is come this is very good but I meet to village people. Village people say me this time need rain I ask why? Villagers say me this time maize (male) part is come. If rain is not come this part can finished and maize will not come. After 10 days again villagers say me this time need rain I again ask why? People say me time (female) part of maize will come if rain will not come female part will not useful for maize. If rain will not come maize will come very less. That time I find real knowledge of rain and relationship of maize and which time rain will come this is important for maize.
Much time I meet to cities people. City people say me village people is backward. Village people not keep any knowledge. Village people have very less knowledge of agriculture. If we shall give good knowledge of agriculture then village can do very good agriculture but I thought many people say I am pass B sc. In agriculture I have good knowledge of agriculture. I thought good educate people have no knowledge of real field he can give only theory knowledge. Real knowledge keeps only that person who did work in his field. Educate person cannot say about real knowledge without real knowledge not important for anybody.
Educate person say only his theory cal knowledge and give only order to other person you this work you do this work but educate person cannot say relation between rain time and maize. You cannot say educate person knowledge is good and villagers have no knowledge.
If you use both knowledge and skills (Hunar) you will find success all field one side for knowledge reading many books. Other side for skills (Hunar) you doing work in filed and real palace. You doing discuss to many knowledge and skills people your knowledge you looking in real field. You will find many changes. Change is came you can take your incentive and do very good work.
So we start both thing at hunar ghar knowledge and skills (Hunar) when children will use knowledge’s and skills (Hunar) children we do very good work he will make his very god and successful life.
So now start take real knowledge and skills (Hunar) and make your life very good.

Educate people mind is close Some time before we take 2 new teachers to out of village. Some educate person of village meet me and say I am educate person of this village and we shall do work in hunar ghar. You cannot take new teacher to out of village. I say we think this is good for hunar ghar. Some person comes out of village. Then we can make very good relation to other village. This is good for our village. Educate person say me if you cannot give job at hunar ghar then you arrange job for me in other village. I say this is not my work. Then educate person say if you will not give job me you cannot this way. It is our way. Keep cactus on way and say you are bad person you go this village, we not wan hunar ghar. We want only job in hunar ghar. Some time I red in magazine some person went for police & army jobs. Many people not select in this job. After this person do strikes and broke many government material and say we want job. I ask many times to educate people what you want people say we want only government job. Because education not teach people interest. People not know his interest. After education people know only his one interest. I want only government job. People not to good preparation of government job. So we start hunar ghar. Children’s have lot of interest. Children’s can choose his interest. Children will do very good and quality work in his interest work. No need to government job. No tension will take for government job. He will live happy in his life. Life will make very good and peaceful. if you want good life for your child you sand your child hunar ghar or you can give incentive education to your child.
